| We had a little windfall land in our laps. We're mostly planning on investing nearly all of it, so it gives us a nice little increase in net worth this month. Some of it will be used to replace our heater this summer since a free cleaning showed that it had some legitimate oil leak issues and such that it should be replaced. We're hoping to get a good deal on a unit when it's 105 outside and everyone else wants their A/C fixed instead. It's nice to have that set aside and not have to save up for it. We also replaced our old dryer. Hopefully we'll save a little on our electric bill if it takes a little less time to dry our clothes. Fingers crossed. |
