Notes:
Runaway price increases on real estate have been mind-boggling, to say the least. I'm still letting my own values drift upwards as the trend could easily/quickly reverse course and I don't need my net worth line zigzagging all over the place. Slow and steady is how I roll.

I've also noticed a number of my used electronic gear (camera lens, ham radio, etc.) have increased in value. Not sure if it's due to shortages, or inflation in general, but whatever it is, material possessions are trending up.

On the expenses front, some long-deferred home maintenance has commenced, starting with HVAC/Furnace servicing and upgrades, costing a cool $2000. There will be more expenses like this over the next year as I slowly bring the primary residence up to speed. Plumbing inspection is next on the docket.

Also got some business expenses coming up, like a brand new iPad Pro to replace the old one, which still has a decent trade-in value so it'll keep overall cost reasonable.

It's getting interesting out there with all the financial uncertainties making their rounds, but all any of us can do is continue to keep our nose to the grindstone and wade through it all, tough or not.
