I took advantage of the low interests and bought a new home in my town which experiences significantly real estate uptake. I keep my existing home and use it as a rental. I also purchased a super high end piano at COVID prices. That assets and my physical gold reserves are listed under Other Assets. The true appraisal value of my new home and the rental is actual higher than listed here. I will continue to purchase real estate going forward.
