Obviously, good stock market month. Not holding my breath this will continue. Repositioning equities in the past month for, what I believe, are good value stocks. On the expense side, focusing on home enhancements including new fence, landscaping, etc.

Great job. Nice seeing a similar profile. Mostly slow steady growth for me. Is your cash balance intended that high? I'm struggling to optimize...bought a bit at the dip but had cold feet.

Thank you! In looking at your profile, we are brothers from another mother. I am a big fan of Financial Samurai, as well. Regarding cash, probably 50% is in CDs that will mature by the middle of next year. I am not sure what I am going to do with that cash since rates are so low. The remaining cash is a safety net, with the current employment environment, that I will probably keep a little high for the next year or so (just to be safe with kids, etc.). I will definitely keep an eye on your continued growth.
