Congrats. Interested in hearing your experience/thoughts on this as I'm thinking of as well but can't pull trigger but feel like it an be key part of building wealth.

This is my second investment property, so it goes to show that I do think its a good diversification option. You have to be diligent in first choosing the location/property and then in choosing the tenant. I would rather have the property sit empty for a month than rent it to someone who does not have the required income/credit score I am looking for. As long as you do that you should be fine.
