| This is my second investment property, so it goes to show that I do think its a good diversification option. You have to be diligent in first choosing the location/property and then in choosing the tenant. I would rather have the property sit empty for a month than rent it to someone who does not have the required income/credit score I am looking for. As long as you do that you should be fine. |
