About Me |
Started out lower middle class but the one thing my mom did was save for our education and so I got out of school w/ bachelors in engineering and no debt. Bought first house as soon as I could (~150K) w/ friend as a roommate to help make payments. That prop is now over half a mil. |
Best Financial Decision |
Marrying the ying to my yang! Second best is: Never. Sell. Property. |
Worst Financial Decision |
Bought a condo rather than single family home as the condo did not appreciate as much and still does not cash flow as well. Probably 250k difference now... |
Current Investing Strategy |
Now that I have substantial equity in my properties it allows me to be ultra aggressive in stocks. Once I have made a boat load in stocks sell off to buy another income producing property. Rinse and repeat. |
