Notes:
Still house shopping. Finding a few places I like, but nothing perfect yet. I'm the most cash-heavy I've been in my life - partly to keep liquidity in case I want to buy a house. On the flip side, if the market really tanked, I'd pump it into stocks aggressively. As it is, I'm happy to sit on lower gearing and higher cash for a little while. Savings rate for the month around 65%. Moved $4.2k of CIN into SMSF. Bought $10k of DCG for the yield/turnaround story. Annual expected dividends now at approx $62.5k, 34% in my name, 66% in other entities names.
