Probably depends on the company/plan. She should start by reviewing online documentation the company/plan provides through their website. If you cannot find the answer there, best for her to call the company's benefits administrator. Usually larger corporations outsource this function and do not do it in-house (Hewitt is one of the larger ones in this space) - so the hesitation you might have in asking should not "alert" the company of her consideration of leaving.
I have a colleague who left the large corporation where we were employed after 25+ years of service to take a position at a competitor and her retiree medical benefits were still preserved.

Are Healthcare Retiree Medical Savings Account vested accounts? My wife has one her company has been contributing to for 15 years. She is considering a position with a different company. Does she lose this benefit?
