Haven't been on networthshare in a longtime but I wanted to share that we have surpassed the $2Mi networth milestone. It took us 5 years after we passed the $1Mi nw milestone (that took 13 years)... Once we get to about $4Mi networth, I plan to retire. I hope to be there in 10-12 years. Happy savings my friends. We have come a long way from nwiq.... (I saw the news)

just another update on the rate of increase in our networth (aka the slope of the curve)
As a review it took us -
38 months to attain 100k net worth, then..
13 mo to 200k
10 mo to 300k
6 mo to 400k
14 mo to 500k
6 mo to 600k
3 mo to 700k
8 mo to 800k
8 mo to 900k
4 mo to 1million
.
.
.
10 mo to get to 1.4mi (from 1.3mi)
I am now forecasting a ongoing annual increase in net worth of 170k-190k per year (based on my recent rates of wealth accumulation)
overall doing well
> 500k in reserve
> 600k in retirement
> 1.4mi networth
things have slowed down a little as I took a bearish position in 2015 and have not kept up with the broad market return since then... live and learn
