I don't think you are missing anything.
It appears to me that the forum is a 3rd party add-on and that is why it doesn't directly connect to NetworthShare profiles. However, when you are at NetworthShare, you should be able to click profiles and then use the search box at the top right. The exception being if a profile is "private" rather than "public," then it would not show in the profiles list.

Is there a way to link to someone's profile from their comments in the forum? When I click a username, it takes me to a list of other times they've posted in the forum, but I didn't see any way to see their profile without going back to the home screen and searching profiles (and even then, I had to order them alphabetically to search?) . . . am I missing something? Or if this is the case, any way that feature could be added?
