Nice snag for the differential in time vs money!
I've been looking at rates for the last few months and haven't pulled the trigger on a refi yet (partly because we are trying to determine if we want to move vs refi - which we'll know better come April).
Our current rate is 4.5%. Better than our first house at 6.8% LOL

Just sealed the deal. 15-year refi @ 3%
Feeling pretty good about this. Our payments only go up ~$150/month, and we'll shave 8 years off our mortgage.

The rates seem pretty low right now - I think we're going to refi into a lower rate; possibly into a shorter-term loan.
Anyone else looking at buying/refinancing right now?
