Notes:
New Month, First Entry. Markets rallied today with S&P 500 up almost 0.75 %. Yet, my portfolio did not do well.. It seems value rally is starting to fizzle...
Second Week: Quite a volatile week.. 10 year bond fell to below 1.3 %, leading to massive drawdown in financial, but on Friday yields soared back to 1.36 % and with that the rally in in financials and cyclicals in general. Consequence, portfolio barely budged for the week.
Third Week: Exactly opposite to what happened last Friday. Markets fell 0.75 %, 10 year yield continued to trickle down, which stopped on Friday. Disaster week for Oil, crude falling over 5 % for the week. Bitcoin bubble is bursting slow and steady, it is down 4% for the week.
Final Week of July: Added miniscule exposure to bitcoin and ethereum. Family travel week, CC expense shoots up.
Updated on 07/31/2021: Big tech wobble.. bitcoin shoots up
