Notes:
1st Week Aug: Markets finally took a breather. I came to realize my home situation is not good.. commute to work is very painful. Missing home much and therefore need to be actively seeking opportunities back in Seattle!
3rd Week of Aug: I missed out an update last week. Travels back home was the reason for a break! It feels so good to be back home! I really am questioning my entire reasoning to take up a role in a different city! With regards to markets, we are finally seeing some reversal with S&P 500 dropping upwards of 5 % from its peak from about a month back. With that some of my fortunes have also deteriorated, two stocks I own esp saw massive pain! I moved around some funds from pure cash into money markets fund in anticipation of some big upcoming expenses! I am very much tempted to pay off mortgage and there by making primary residence a large portion of NW. Will continue pondering on this idea for a foreseeable future!
