Notes:
01/01/2010 Happy New Year! I can't say that I think 2010 will be a great year, but anything will be better than 2009 - what a nightmare. Just fired up the 401k for 2010 with a 30% contribution. Will fund the Roth with 5k for 2010 once we get our tax return refund. Staying the course. Still have a large chunk of the retirement funds sitting in cash, and also have some cash on the sidelines in our brokerage accounts. Waiting for a nice correction to put these funds back to work. Made the quarterly update in our home's value with the latest numbers from Zillow - down 14k... Oh well. More home improvements happening this month - we'll be replacing our crappy hollow core doors from the 50's with new six panel doors that close all the way. Hoorray for that!
