Notes:
07/01/11 Summer has arrived. Work is crushing me, working tons of hours, feeling the pain. With time this will pass... Did the quarterly update on the house value. Kind of sad because up until yesterday the value was listed at 219,200. Living in the foreclosure capital for my county I guess one shouldn't be surprised. So now, even with a very nice market rally in place over the past week or so, our increase in Net Worth is basically flat. :-( We have no major expenses planned, although my car is probably ready to be replaced. I think that will set us back about $5k when the time comes to upgrade to a newer Civic. I'm going to try and hold off until Winter for that. The market has had a nice pop due to the most recent Greece bailout. Scary to think what happen to the market when one of the bigger EU countries gets into trouble. For now however, one can't really complain, it's been a heck of a ride since 2009.
