Notes:
I received a $155,000 distribution this month, but had to make a $46,000 tax payment and a $43,000 final pament towards Phase I of my house remodel. In addition, I had a decent jump in my law firm equity which is "other assets." 2010 should be a decent year. I expect to earn between $650K-$700K (again), although I still have about $215K in remodeling to do with the Phase II and landscaping. It'll be nice when that's done! Incidently, looking at my earnings this decade, it's been as follows: 1999: $162,000 2000: $227,350 2001: $196,850 2002: $90,000 2003: $237,759 2004: $303,741 2005: $219,482 (divorced) 2006: $169,674 2007: $430,899 (began second business) 2008: $876,768 (made $375K in the stock market) 2009: $675,153 (lost it all) Avg: $326,334 Over the next 5 years, I expect my earnings to be between $700K-$800K.
