Notes:
Had a crazy-huge month. First, I took a $750,000 draw which was unusually large but we had an amazing quarter. And second, I settled a dispute with my ex-partner. The value of the settlement is in excess of $600,000. All this means that, for the first time, we've broken $8MM, we're well on the way to $9MM and right on schedule for $10MM. Note that, even though I'll still make $500K or more through the balance of this year, I've earmarked it all for taxes so I'd not expect my net worth to change much through January 1, 2015. The only exception is if one of my properties sells. I've put one of them on the market at a high price and, if it sells then it sells, if not then I've already got a conservative value on it.
