Notes:
"Cash" - Recovered some losses in the market. This continues to be the biggest drag on my emotional-financial equilibrium. But, if I was to sell where I'm at now I'd take a loss of $1.1MM. I refuse to do that given I don't need the money right now and the investment is solid, but every month that I write these it's a reminder to myself: Don't do that again. "Home" - Began addition to my primary residence. That addition will cost less than the sales price per-square foot in my neighborhood so I'm adding the cost of the construction to the value of the real estate as its incurred. As a result, my home will go up an additional $200,000 or so in the next few months. "Other Assets" - still working on closing documents that will result in a sale of one of my businesses over a period of 2-3 years for $650,000. The remaining business is probably undervalued here at $2,500,000, since the liquidation value alone is above $3,000,000. I'll re-evaluate that some other time.
