Notes:
$4000 more tax exempt into TSP this month. As long as the market stays steady, I am on track to add another $12,000 and breach $100,000 in retirement by the end of the year. Cash won't see much growth for the rest of the year, as most income is going into my investments. Included my house back into networth, I will use my most recent appraised value as a baseline for its value. This way I can at least track the growth in home equity since I am put 50% extra each month in principal.
