Notes:
Bill bills bills, missed this months entry due to it being new years, now mid month and my apartment reno is nearly complete, it looks great and has been well worth the time and money, and it has rented just yesterday at a positive gearing. super a exciting as this is the turn around I have been waiting for to start breaking even being self employed now that my largest expense (morgtage) is taken care of. 2022 was huge year that saw me learn an entire industry from scratch and start a business that i went self employed at in december. A bit rushed considering i was paying rent and a mortage at the same time but i am happy to be pushing the needle and making moves. The damage to my cash savings will be worth it, with my new uncapped earning potentially continuously growing month on month. Heres to 2023, with a new business and my property rented hopefully its the best one yet.
