| The folks sold the RV and paid off the loan they had with us. For now it is sitting in our savings account. I imagine we will dip into it to help us get caught up form our year this far. Then the plan is to pay off one of our 401k loans for the house. That will put us down under the 20% sweet spot if we need to refinance. For the time being we are planning on just letting it sit for awhile. So another month under our belts. |
