well our Texas house is sold and no longer ours! Yay! So much relief comes with haivng that sold so fast. The next step is moving into our home that is being built. So excited for that. I have shown the money we have for the down payment in the cash here. as we haven't made any moves to show that house in our networth as of yet. We still have our 401k loans for the first Texas house. I didn't pay those off. mainly because we would take out an even larger one and that doesn't worth for me. I want them to be less. so that will be the next time that gets saved to pay off. Updated our vehicles for the year. sucks that lose so much value. Need to keep savings cash as June is going to be month for us to the house is finished. we need to be sure we have all the cash for it as I really, really don't want to take out anymore loans!
