Notes:
All but one rental leased now. The rental market in my area is certainly improving. I was actually able to raise rent at one property and the other property was leased in about 3 days. This time last year I was contemplating lowering the rent. Still have one small remodel to complete and then I'll be set for a while. Debt-to-Assets = 72.72% Legend: "Cash" = Personal Savings "Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (excluding deposits) "Other Assets" = Health Savings Account "Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values) "Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages
