Notes:
Good month overall. It looks like we have an after-baby work scenario (part-time) established for my wife now so the income adjustment after the baby will not be as dramatic. Our employer has been awesome through the whole deal and has really shown a commitment to our family by allowing my wife so much flexibility. The tax man commeth in just a week...found some money this week (a large rebate check arrived from energy efficiency improvements to our house) so our out-of-pocket won't be absolutely terrible. I didn't include this "found money" in this month's entry so that we wouldn't see such an unnecessary swing next month. I'm ready to meet my new little girl...she'll be here in just a couple more months! Debt-to-Assets = 67.30% Legend: "Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (minus security deposits) "Other Assets" = Health Savings Account "Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values) "Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages "Credit Cards" = 2nd mortgage
