Notes:
Baby will be here next month. We made some big payments against the 2nd this month with the hope to have it paid off completely by Sept 1. I've got one rental house up for renewal next month...hoping to get it leased very quickly. It's in a great location near campus so not too worried. I was also able to renew 3 leases this month, so that's a bonus. While the renewals were not 1 full year they averaged to be around 6 months. I prefer a lease renewal instead of allowing the tenants to go month-to-month. Debt-to-Assets = 66.56% Legend: "Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (minus security deposits) "Other Assets" = Health Savings Account "Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values) "Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages "Credit Cards" = 2nd mortgage
