Max out the 401ks, HSA and Roth Ira(lowers taxes), then refi the mortgage to a 15 year if you really want to make a dent.

LOL. I put my HSA in Annuities and 529s in Other. Time for ADMIN to add these as their own categories?

I know it's on the way, but not sure when he's releasing it to everyone. I'm helping test it (as of the last couple months), but there's definitely some kinks that need to be worked out.
