Notes:
Wow! Been quite some time since I logged into here. But anyways I just wanted to see how things were stacking up. Took a recent trip to see my folks and incurred some CC expenses as a result (plane tix, small shopping trip). All in all things are pretty secure on the financial front. Regrettably my house isn't climbing the home value charts, according to Zillow.com it's actually worth less than what I bought it for 4 years ago. Oh well, I'm gonna be here until 2012 give or take, so I guess we'll see if the market turns around. I've been making home improvements in an effort to improve the marketability of the house and potentially use it as a rental property so that I could move into a cheaper place preferably in a more suitable location. Some place that's more conducive with a single guy's lifestyle... Until next time... Be well.
