Carrying a little more on CCs than usual; had to buy $3K worth of flooring for the other house. That was the last big expense though; getting closer to done with the remodel and hoping to be able to AirBNB it soon.

Bumped up housing values a bit; Zillow has them about 20% lower than Redfin, and Redfin seems more consistent with the prices being fetched. (No plans to sell, but nice to know that if we had to, we could sell our house for enough to pay off both mortgages and live in the other for "free.")
