Notes:
June was a good month, though the retirement account went south. The budget is really starting to feel the impact of the extra income from the two tenants. We all get along and live in harmony, so it has been a real blessing. I am VERY glad I made that decision. July should be great - I have a number of sources of extra income coming in including the bonus that should show up next paycheck, travel reimbursement, reimbursement from the electric company, and of course, the rental income. I will definitely pay off my final credit card - BYE BYE DISCOVER!!, and move the ever increasing snowball onto the "Other Debt" which is the loan I took out against my 401(k) when purchasing the house. Bad move, but I am happy to begin the process of rectifying it. My goal is to have it paid off by years end. Side gig pending, but I'm feeling optimistic!
