Notes:
Kind of hard to stick to my budget when the child support doesn't show up on time...or at all. I'm trying really hard to stick to my Christmas budget as I have a finite amount of cash put aside that I've been saving all year. I keep struggling with the desire to get new furniture for the living room (the current stuff would go to the den, which only has a tiny love seat that a homeless guy might lower himself to take). But I don't NEED the furniture, and I would have to either finance or put on my credit cards. My friend is helping me be strong by telling me NO. If I could just get a handle on my day to day spending, I'd be getting somewhere! Time to put the credit cards back in the safe...
