Notes:
Every category is up, except for stock options which are slightly down but I have plenty of time on these. My car seems to not want to depreciate (thankfully) despite the high miles I put on it. Market seems to have faultered a bit with fear the mini-rally may be over. Hoping that what I contribute to my mutual funds (increasing by $15 next month to $855) offsets any negative market fluctuation. Also looking to increase 401K contributions to 8% in January and possibly purchase LTD...just in case! Reached my net worth goal of $50,000 3 months early. May reevaluate 2010's goal depending on how my assets hold up between now and December. Breakdown of Assets Cash: Savings in an ING account, I don't include checking balance here since the money is already planned for bills. Stocks: Mutual funds Retirement: Company 401k and IRA plan Cars: 2004 Honda Civic, value determined at kbb.com Other Assets: Stocks and options Goals: House Downpayment and Closing Costs ~$20,000 July 2010 Dec 2009 Net Worth (age 26): $50,000 Dec 2010 Net Worth (age 27): $80,000
