Only a so-so gain this month, as markets continue to flounder. I hit the magic $400,000 mark with $410,000 within reach although a large part will depend on the markets and their movement during the last two months of the year. A little bit of extra income coming in will help, although I'm slowing down a bit towards the end of the year. I'll have a good amount of cash available on December 31 to be able to contribute immediately to my TFSA and RRSP respectively for 2010 so that I can maximize the tax benefits therein.
