Notes:
The last 2 months were rough due to a few reasons

1) Spent $16K cash to update my basement
2) Bought an entertainment system for the basement for $8,500.
3) was hit with an unforeseen tax bill of $18,500 due to a withholding error on my wife's paycheck.
4) My rental unit has been vacant for 3 months costing me $2,000 additional per month (6K so far). We finally found tenants.

All said and done, this was a tough start to the year from a cash perspective. Thank god for the emergency fund.
