Notes:
Happy New Year! 2021 was a decent financial year, all things considered.
We are in a place where we are starting to splurge on ourselves and this month I bought a Tesla (the car I've been eyeing for years).

Our RE holdings have skyrocketed and I made the adjustments based on conservative values.

Our goal for 2022 is to stay healthy and use our wealth to enjoy life, help others and start to relax a bit more.

Wow, I just read my comments from Jan 21 and it feels good to shatter our goal of reaching $2M. 2021 was our best year with around $500K in positive net worth movement. Our goal for 2022 is the hopefully buy a RE investment and get close to $2.5M in networth.
