Refi house to 15 year loan(low rate) and pulled out large chunk of equity(not working hard enough) getting ready for the correction coming this year or early next. House dropped back down again in value a lot. Maybe a rental or just keep buying the div paying stocks when we have corrections. Focus, dividend income. Had a +1 dependent event. Health insurance is crazy expensive now.
