Notes:
12/03/2016 For Christmas this year, we pay off the house... :-) And we will enter 2017 debt free. Starting in 2017 we will start to include college savings under "Other Assets" 12/10/2016 The "Trump Bounce" won't quit. Both the market and the economy are heating up quickly, which spells inflation concerns. We could be setting up for a major correction. I've seen plenty of "bubble bursting" headlines over the past week or so. Typically that means there's more upside left, but how much is anyone's guess. In the meantime we're moving forward with killing off the mortgage. Cashed out $4,500 of our VTSAX holdings and $1,000 from one of our money market funds. Will be handing the bank a check for $5,500 later today. This will leave us with a balance of $2,500, which we will pay off with my last paycheck of the year. BOOM! Now if only my health didn't suck everything would smelling like roses... C'est la vie. 12/17/2016 DEBT FREE!!!
