President Trump has Covid-19. What more can one say? Put on your seat belts, it's gonna be a bumpy ride...

Working 60+ hours a week from home, with an occasional order from Door Dash in between. What's the point of this exactly?

Sadly, the real estate prices of neighborhood we aiming to buy in down south in a few years is booming. Every time we look at Zillow the prices go higher and higher. We're starting to wonder if we're going to be priced out. How is it possible to save aggressively year after year and come up short a little slice of paradise??? Buying a double wide is starting to look pretty good...

Even our neighborhood, which isn't great, has suddenly become a hot spot for house flippers. The house across the street sold for $340 - the buyer put down $2k at the closing. Day and night I hear the hammers banging and a steady flow of pick up trucks coming and going. I'm guess it will be on the market for $400 in a few more weeks.
