Our daughter (16) just got a her first job. Dunkins. Too many donuts in the house now. Not good for the waistline.
As we start 2023, our stock holdings are about as high as they've ever been. We are still betting big on a market rally this year. I hold Bob Brinker and Art Cashin in high esteem, and they are both banging the drum that things look favorable.
The retirement clock is ticking down. About 18th months - we'll see if we have the strength to say goodbye. It needs to happen, as my job is taking a serious toll on my health.
Life...
Our home's value continues to drop as Powell does his thing to cool off the market. Home values across the board appear to be in the same boat, so not a big deal.
