The market continue to be resilient despite an increasingly ugly Geo-political situation. With the market making new highs regularly our net worth has really popped in recent months. This is leaves us pondering more and more what's next for us.

We made our quarterly update to to our home's value via Zillow. Our neighbor sold their house last month, and the price of our home has benefited nicely since the sale.

With our daughter starting college next Fall, we just moved all of her Coverdell account from Vanguard's Total Market Fund to their Money Market Fund.

We purchased two years of pre-paid college for her when she was young, and then continued to filter more cash into the Coverdell over the years. The Coverdell grew like a weed (we tripled our money), so we now find ourselves in a bit of a pickle. Collectively we now have $130k in qualified funds for her to attend a state university which is two miles from our house - her choice, not ours. There is no chance we are going to use all the money. We've read that if we covert our Coverdell to a 529, it allows extra money to be rolled into an IRA in the long term, so we are starting to explore that. First world problems... ;-)
