Short term rentals are too much work - no thanks. Long term rentals is where we focus and maybe some light commercial. Using my medical expertise to open doors to other business opportunities. All 3 kids in college. Wife is all-in on real estate game and doing well. Now to build systems in my practice that take me out of the equation so I can focus on next-level stuff.
