Notes:
DOW up 10.99% for the month but still off 10% for the year. We hit 1000 appointments in Sept and 1200 in October for the first time. MS and I spent one weekend hanging the kayaks and cleaning the garage. I had a 4 hour training in CR with Becky and Leslie on the first 2 sessions with a couple. I brought Thomas and Caleb back withe me and on Saturday I took them to Ledges and Later the rest of the family came and Brandon, Philly, Caleb, Alyas, and Lydia went to an ISU football game that ISU lost. Monkey bread and painting pumpkins with the kids on Sunday. Finished writing and the diagrams on the Step Family paper. Emily did the diagrams on Google docs. Sophia is editing them. Drove both motorcycles and stored them for the winter. Carol, Dave, Mary Sue and I drove to CR to the Lewis-Tolkien play with some of our other staff. Hit Maidrite on the way in Marshalltown. Sean's mother, Debbie, came to their house from Texas and has no money or health and no home. Tough deal. The live edge table came to CR from Redekers and we paid for that. The DOW was up about 11% so we had a bit of a pick up there. Got one of the tires fixed that was leaking on the Camry at En-tire Care. MS and I start thinking about prepping for a societal breakdown, getting supplies. We have to figure out where to put things. The last part of the month I spent a lot of time trying to finish the cookbook and am still not done. I met with our CPA Dale and his replacement upon his retirement, Brooke, and they said we are doing awesome as a company. I had Katie buy us the DBA Ames Counseling Center and we started thinking about hiring someone in Ames what with Kay off a number of months with maternity leave starting in December. I bought some silver this month, about $800 at the coin store near my old office. MS and I ate at Wig n Pen and shopped at Jordan Creek for Christmas presents for Kiley, Kelsey and Lydia.MS and I had to tell our life story at Bible study.
