And assume limited funds left in bank on commencement of House
So this is around $150K Networth at around age 40
I should have had this at 35 already
But at least I have it 5 years later, not a bad catch up
But as time shows, over the next few years it rises and then from around 50 onwards it explodes up. So in the end I do make it! |
