Lost ground with cash, but we have a sweet hot tub to show for it! : ) Retirement recovered, but it's likely to be rough waters ahead. Remember how last month I was shocked at Zillow's drop? They've at least offered an explanation (http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/Zestimate-Improvements/). Since then, our home's value has recovered partially, at least according to Zillow... Cars? Meh, whatever, I don't buy it. I think they're worth much less... but they're paid for either way. Cleaned up the credit card charges and now total debt is below $100K, which is considerably encouraging. Student loans should cross the $10K threshold next month, then we will be in four figure territory (not that we'll be changing our focus; they'll continue to sit for a little while longer). We should have our first-born by August's report. Catch us three then!
