| First month on one income. Paid off the car with some leftover cash from the relocation... that's fun. Unfortunately it already needs a new set of tires, such is life. Good (sanity check) to see KBB is finally dropping the value on the cars though. Will aim to knock out the remaining student loan in another three months - can't move quite as fast now on a single salary. I'm going to keep the house value at what we paid for now and give Zillow another month for things to stabilize; it's reporting slightly higher, but steadily coming down... we'll see where it lands. |
