Notes:
Happy New Year! Some medical bills have arrived, but we're still expecting another $2-3k, hopefully no more. I'm really hoping that I receive a decent annual bonus next month and that our 2014 federal income tax return surprises us for the better - I claimed 0 exemptions starting in March in anticipation of owing quite a bit from the reimbursement of relocation expenses. These expenses are supposedly to be "grossed up", which I am unclear on how my employer actually handles this process (I haven't seen any pay statement or otherwise to suggest they paid me extra or otherwise added to my federal withholding)... or what is even the norm for this. I'm in a bit of a wait-and-see mode, but am really hoping this works out in our favor. Lastly, I'm curious how Zillow explains a 7+% gain in one month. Nothing noticeable has really changed that much around our area. Who knows...
