Notes:
Credit card is a bit high as I haven't yet received my pay for the middle of the month, but I wanted to get this reported before I forgot and things got too crazy. We're heading out for Spring break this afternoon for some skiing, hiking, family activites, etc. Should be fun!

I finally filed our taxes too - it seems waiting was pointless as our AGI exceeds the upper limit of the phase-out for these latest stimulus checks. We owed a bit on federal, but should receive approximately a net $2K back, after factoring in our state refund.

My instrument training isn't terribly expensive yet, but it will increase going into April and May. We will probably shift some money out of the mutual funds we opened around this time last year to hopefully see us through the year. Maybe I'll get a raise next year if I'm lucky. I received a promotion in 2019 with no base increase, and am expecting a promotion this year, but don't know if/when I'll see any additional pay... it's easy to lose sight of the fact that I'm still incredibly blessed and fortunate to even have gainful employment.
