Notes:
Got some unexpected tax credits giving me a better refund, put that towards debt. Thinking of refinancing, few years to payback for closing costs but I'm not planing on going anywhere and it would increase cash flow slightly. Getting tired of the house nickel and diming my income, though compared to rent in my area I'm way ahead so I can't complain too much. Isn't helping that spouse's hours got cut and the days she planned to work the office closed because of the storms the last couple of weeks. One recommendation, don't get both flu shots the same day (one in each arm). Never had a problem before, but this time my body went into attack the invader mode and I was miserable for 24 hours (fever, cough, aches, tired) until my body said, "Yeah! Whupped dem dead virus' butts!". All better now, but I paid for saving that $20 copay.
