Refinanced the house. Minimal increase in cash flow. overall will pay a bit less in the long run. Surprise is that the house appraised as well as it did, which was nice. Another bonus that we got a bit of money at closing, put that towards another vehicle for the kids plus some money we saved for that. Planned on $2500 plus $1000 in repairs. Spent $5500 and $450 on new tires and inspection. Really good deal from some very nice folks who did us a favor. Sometimes it pays to be patient, Is it me or does my graph look oddly like a charlie brown grimacing smile? Thought so.
