Notes:
Market going up a bit has me feeling better about planning to retire at the end of next year. I'm timing the car payments to coincide as I would prefer not to carry that debt into retirement. I should be getting a lump sum of money that will help eliminate the mortgage as well. The issue is with having committed money towards my child's wedding and given news that sibling's situation has gotten worse, next years' savings are going to be strained and possibly drained. I was planning on having a large amount in cash to cover any hiccups post retirement. Depending on how the year turns out I may postpone retiring to minimize the overall hit. But right now I'm sticking with the plan unless something dire happens.
