Notes:
Roommate owes +1000 for expenses and +700 for this month's rent. (Money owed to me is never factored in to my net worth.) New car value is based on personal property tax valuation, since I've received my bill for this year. Right now I'm planning on making student loan payments of approximately $500/month. When I have more cash savings, I might start throwing bigger chunks of money at it. Minimum monthly payment is $233.44. I spent a lot of money in November. Mostly on traveling and buying winter-weather clothing, since my wardrobe was not really set for Chicago winters. (I had plenty of sweaters, but I've now added ski boots, ski pants, gloves, a new coat, etc.) I'm not surprised that my net worth hasn't changed significantly. Hopefully after December it starts going up regularly again!
